Welcome to the Taste of the Dirty South

During the 1990s, Rochetti "Ro" Moss organized and held neighborhood Block Party BBQs at his Anchorage, Alaska home. On these occasions, the BBQ sauces were developed and enjoyed by friends and family.  In 2008, Uncle Ro returned to his hometown, Martinsville, Virginia, and continued to refine his combination of ingredients. The sauces received favorable feedback and rave reviews from everyone who tried them. Uncle Ro realized the sauces elevated any backyard  BBQ or other dishes to a new smokey, savory plateau.
